Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy
This Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions made through the website taxchela.com (“Platform”), owned and operated by TaxChela Services and Co., with its registered office at B-704, Kanaknidhi Apartments, Nanpura, Surat 395001, Gujarat, India.
By initiating any payment, purchase, or subscription on this Platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Policy along with our Terms and Conditions.

Pricing Policy

Dynamic Pricing: All prices for services and products listed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change based on the nature, scope, and complexity of the engagement.

Custom Quotation: Prices may vary depending on customized service requests, statutory requirements, or client-specific deliverables. Final fees will be communicated through written proposal, email confirmation, or invoice from TaxChela Services and Co.

Taxes and Government Fees: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other statutory levies). Government fees, filing charges, and third-party payments (such as MCA, GST, or Income Tax Portal charges) are billed separately and are non-refundable once paid.

Currency: All amounts are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Price Revisions: TaxChela reserves the right to revise prices periodically without prior notice. However, once a client has received a confirmed invoice or signed a service agreement, the quoted price remains binding for that engagement.

Payment Policy

Accepted Modes of Payment: Linked Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets). Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS to the firm’s designated account. Cheque payments (subject to clearance before service initiation).

Payment Confirmation: Payments are considered confirmed only upon successful receipt and verification in our bank or Razorpay account.

Advance Payments: Most services require 100% advance payment before commencement. In certain cases, staged or milestone-based payments may apply, as defined in the service agreement.

Invoices & Receipts: Official invoices will be issued for every payment received. Clients are encouraged to retain payment receipts for reference.

Delayed Payments: Payments delayed beyond the agreed timeline may attract a late fee or pause in service delivery. Continuous non-payment may lead to termination of services without liability on our part.

Payment Disputes: Any discrepancy in billing or overcharge must be reported to taxchela@gmail.com or knowmore@taxchela.com within 3 business days of invoice receipt. Disputes will be resolved promptly through our internal review process.

Refund Policy

General Eligibility: Refunds are available only for payments made directly to TaxChela Services and Co. through authorized channels. Refunds apply only if services have not commenced or deliverables have not been shared.

Non-Refundable Charges: Government portal fees, statutory filing payments, or third-party costs (e.g., MCA filing, PAN/TAN, GST registration) are non-refundable under any circumstance. Consultancy fees, advisory sessions, and partially completed assignments are not eligible for full refund.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued at the firm’s discretion, depending on the level of work completed prior to the refund request.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted via email to taxchela@gmail.com along with payment reference details and reason for refund. Once verified and approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Service Cancellation by Client: Cancellation requests made before work initiation will be fully refunded, excluding payment gateway charges (if any). If cancellation is made after partial completion of work, refund eligibility will depend on work progress.

Service Cancellation by TaxChela: In rare cases where TaxChela Services and Co. is unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, a full refund (excluding third-party statutory costs) will be issued.

Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments

TaxChela takes payment fraud seriously. Any unauthorized transaction claim will be investigated in coordination with the payment gateway provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the firm will be treated as a breach of terms and may result in suspension of further services.
